One weird phenomena is when energy outside of yourself joins with you. This happens all of the time and normally you don’t notice. I have only had a handful of times when I have noticed. Some energy is troubled, some is neutral, a lot is beneficial it depends. There could be a weak point or tension somewhere something passing grabs onto. Some energy stays, some leaves. There are times when you know the energy is troubled and you wonder how long will it stick around? Is there a problem it is highlighting? Some energy can only be in one part of your body. It doesn’t feel like anything in particular at times. 

Mostly when this has happened the energy is apparent, it has a kind of weight. It broadcasts its presence and this type of energy needs a lot of negative energy to stick around. It also can’t stay for long depending. Some energy is a flurry of activity and it lands near you, it is as much a creation of your mind as it is real. Then it joins, there is no pain or heaviness in some cases. It is there and hopefully it has no bad intentions. It can be like an awareness. So far this type of thing is rare. It feels real, it feels present, it can move freely. It has no boundaries.
