When you have a theory. You can find ways of applying it. When you apply it you have the opportunity of improving the application. If you think of the theory of climate change the same applies. If there is no application then there is nothing to improve whether within the application or the applications ramifications. This is basic reasoning. Then of course there is the management of resources. Wouldn’t it be better to use scientific theories to better manage resources? That isn’t happening in Australia in a meaningful way. Climate theories are instead an ideological battle ground. The chance to apply any meaningful changes is always delayed. In a way it is all a form of mismanagement.
