Peace of mind

My advice to those struggling with all sorts of issues, such as mental issues, trauma or depression is to concentrate on eradicating vices. Getting rid of crutches, they simply keep you weak. Alcohol is a big one, drugs another. Once you get rid of one crutch you get a little bit stronger. Even diet is another area that simply strengthens your body. Once you get physical strength your mind will be there too. When you are weak everything comes to get you. All of the negative energy comes for you. The only way to fight back is to get rid of vices. It is mainly diet, alcohol, drugs and lack of exercise. Without our bodies/minds at best capacity for our ages, how then can we handle our issues? When you are young you can get away with it. As you age you have to work on these things. Simply to avoid losing your peace of mind.
