I had a dream, it may have been within the last two years. It made me realise graffiti art in its modern form was making a world that has not come into existence yet. It may never exist. It was creating a world with different values. It was about humanity and community. The world it is pitted against is anti-human. It is more about supply chains, infrastructure, moving products, money and power. 

The human hand if left to its own devices is dangerous, destructive, and regressive. That is what it is forced to be. They always meddle. They turned a whole generation of hopeful artists into criminals, addicts, thugs or did they? People realise, they wake up eventually. Sometimes it is too late….”no one is unteachable…no one is unreachable” (KRS1) yet it is never too late.

Hip Hop makes you push your skills, push yourself, not to dominate others but to dominate yourself. Self empowerment. Self growth. Know thyself. Don’t box yourself in, you are here to create the world people really need and you need. Forget about the brands, the products, the false idols. They are always reinventing the same things over and over again. Desire zero, desire one, desire two it goes on and on. Break the cycle.
