With elemental theory the basics look straightforward but in Qi Men Dun Jia which made me realise that I am basically a simple minded idiot, the multiple layers interact to create complexity. These layers have elemental and other meanings that interact with there being a chief chamber and each chamber also interacts. So that explains the complexity of reality or why Qi Men can map that complexity and the hardest part of that is the interpretation but also the mapping itself.

Qi Men Dun Jia isn’t something you choose to do, but in a way it chooses you. It definitely didn’t choose me but I learnt some concepts that even though they at times make me look like an idiot have enriched my life in many ways. These basic concepts freed me from a lot of burdens that are cultural and just baked into peoples minds. That in itself has helped me deal with a lot of problematic stuff and find better ways of interacting in my life.
