Anything can happen any day in these times, every day will be a new surprise although a lot of what is going on probably won’t get broadcast. I was standing around after my Qigong training had finished and my trainer was talking to two students. Suddenly my trainer just walked right into me and it was weird because I simply moved with him and it was basically what Bruce Lee used to say about being like water.

There are a few words that can describe this phenomenon: formlessness, nothingness, mirror reflection. After training Qigong at least the gong fu type moves that create this formlessness you just automatically morph to whatever presents itself. It isn’t mimicry and words in English are loaded with other meanings outside of Qigong. I just morphed into my trainer’s movements and it was like nothing had even happened because he went back to his conversation.

Most people would get startled or fall over or maybe find the situation uncomfortable. For me it was like nothing had happened and I had no thoughts about it except I was glad that I could be like water with no warning. You can’t practice it or have some secret technique or trick. The moves themselves in some cases make you ‘ambiguous’ or as my trainer would say with some moves ‘formless’ or words to that effect.

There is no thought, no plan, no technique, basically just nothing aka formlessness. The most important part of this knowledge though is virtuosity, at least you can pick it up to some extent but the highest level has no desire, no attachment and to be formless is to have no thought. If you are empty you allow nature into your body and if you are at that level you know nature is what is actually in control. 

Most people don’t believe such things are possible, they say you must be kidding yourself. You are dreaming, you are deranged or you are just making it up. That is exactly what people should think though. Most people will label it superstitious delirium and that is exactly as things should be. The path to these types of realisations are crooked paths, they wind and twist in every confusing direction. The confusion people complain about and the need for simple answers and easy plot lines is telling. Nothing empowering is straightforward.
