There is a lot you can’t speak of, things you see, attitudes or whatever. Some stuff is so obvious but people can’t see it even though they know it themselves. You just have to see it for yourself and hope you can stay afloat yourself. There are never any guarantees. I wanted to do some throw up style graffiti this weekend. I got some 600ml cans with fat caps. Didn’t get to the spot intended but got a couple in. I forgot how nasty the chemicals in the metallic paints are. I could taste the solvents in my mouth even though I used a mask and gloves. I painted a basic graffiti piece after and I was knocked out by the fumes. 

I literally had to take a 30 minute nap in the grass. I was kind off my face a bit. I have used water based cans for two years and suddenly got a big dose of solvents. It made me think how aerosol art is basically pretty toxic from the level of application to at times the culture. I am glad there are good water based options and in Sydney with temperate weather it is ideal to use water based aerosol. I kind of struggled also with the weather on Friday and Saturday but Saturday after some food and Qigong I felt a lot better. Today was a good day having lunch, tea and swimming with a friend.

Even though things seem to be chaotic or lacking in substance that is exactly as nature intended. Nature needs dominion and when you realise how nature works and can break out of the traps nature becomes a true friend. Nature is your companion not your ruler when you break out of desire for example. Nature will never respect you fully if you are still under its thumb. Nature gives you everything you need and even the wicked get power but their power pales to nature. Nature will use the powerful for its own ends and for those that become nature’s companion they are protected and respected.
