Messy art

I love messy pieces at times, over the past few years I have done a bunch. I stopped doing certain walls with this style because it attracts more graffiti. I think that is what I personally want but some wall owners get annoyed that now their wall starts to get tagged. I want to explore styles that are not mainstream, a lot of piecing to me looks clean. I am not trying to say that it is a bad thing but I want to explore less trodden paths.

A lot of people can’t see what I am trying to do because they want to see the sameness. Like a young toy couldn’t understand a piece I did and thought it was capped. There is a level of confusion and multiple layers that don’t give a clear message. That to me is good because I want my pieces to be like a tagged wall. Things dancing over each other, a chaotic orchestrated work that opens up what everyone wants to ignore. Only a seasoned writer can see the letterforms and structure.
