Heart/Mind

Essentially we devise a lot of our own problems and carry them with us. Not every problem was created by us so we choose to carry it with us if we so choose. Some things are inherited, some things just get out of hand. We can also land in trouble without any intention.

Either way however the trouble starts it can become our story and our identity. This can be fundamental to how we navigate the world around us. We need an ear to hear our troubles, maybe we spread our story around to many ears. Yet a lot of the time we close doors. We choose not to share our pain.

People are changeable and we need to respect the fact that our privacy is important. Our personal space is important and how we choose to deal with our problems is private. We win some, we lose some. I sometimes try to broadcast ideas on my blog or share some on social media. Yet at times I choose to be silent.

Some things are like a Pandora’s box that could just fill pages and pages but to no end. Feelings are ideas and ideas are feelings. They are fundamentally embedded in our bodies. When I say bodies I mean everything is just one connected whole. The character for mind in Chinese is also the heart. They are connected.
