Came up with a solution and managed two voices with little distortion. Made a long text file, have it looped and a separate long text file with different text. Better. Both files have the same amount of text so should stay in sync with loops. There are still problems with hdmi as after one loop the sound disappears but not so with audio jack. There is a small amount of distortion but it is not noticeable on audio jack. Definitely an improvement. The word shame comes up a lot in the text….the shame machine!!!!
